Take a few leaves of Giloy and boil them in 400 ml liters of water until the water remains half. Sieve this water. Add 2-3 pinch long black pepper and mix well. Drink this mixture (about 10-15 ml) twice a day. It should be taken before meals with 1 teaspoon of honey.
