According to sources, the government will provide tax rebates, subsidies, cheaper loans and cheaper land to those auto companies who will come forward to set up a solar car manufacturing plant.
Committee will give suggestions for policy
The government will set up a committee to take forward the work in this direction, this committee will include the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Power-Renewable Energy and Ministry of Heavy Industries and well-known experts from the region. Who will give their suggestions to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) that how solar car manufacturing can be promoted in the country. According to sources, the government is very serious about this plan.
