Admission in state government schools will now be free. No fee will be charged from the students here. Dainik Bhaskar had published a report in this context on Wednesday, revealing that fees are being charged in the name of school development committee, sports, red crosses, scouts etc. in government schools. After the news was published, the Education Department issued an urgent order saying that no fee should be charged. Directive related to free admission was issued on Wednesday by Director Public Education. In this, Joint Director Education Division and District Education Officers have been instructed to ensure free admission of students in government schools under their respective divisions and districts. It said that during entry into government schools, local funds such as scouts, red crosses, School development etc. is being charged. Currently all educational institutions are closed, so no fee should be charged from any student till the educational institution is closed. It is worth noting that most of the students in government schools are from lower class. In the Corona period, many people are off business. The family is struggling with economic crisis. On the other hand, pressure was being made on students for fees in admission from ninth to twelfth. Students will get relief from this instruction of the Education Department.
