Raipur Dhamtari :The state government has announced the opening of Anganwadi centers. Anganwadis will open in the district from September 16, for this, Collector Jayaprakash Marya took a meeting of the Women and Child Development Department on Friday and instructed that the Anganwadi worker, Sahayika will cook food in the Anganwadi building, but this food will be given to the children and women living nearby. Will go home and distribute. The Collector asked the officers to fix the time of giving food in the meeting.
In the meeting held at 12 noon, instructions were given to feed all the children hot food. After opening Anganwadi, every day, one percent sodium hypochlorite solution will be mopped. For this, arrangements will be made from the Gram Panchayat. Instructions have been given to Health Department to tell the method of preparing women and child development staff. Children and women coming from far away will be washed with soap before entering Anganwadi. Hot food will be served from 12 to 2 pm.
Those who have cold, cough their entry is restrictedApart from pregnant, infant women recorded in Anganwadi, if any child has a cold, cough, fever, they were asked to stay at home. If anyone shows signs of corona infection, the health department was instructed to inform. Supervisor will conduct regular inspection of Anganwadis. In the meeting, Women and Child Development Program Officer Muralidhar Nayak, Pediatrician Dr. Dr. BK Sahu etc. were present.
