New Delhi: Police have detained 5 people on Monday morning for setting fire to the tractor near India Gate under Delhi’s High Security Zone. All of them are from Punjab. All the accused are being questioned. According to the information received, the names of the accused are being described as Manjot Singh, Ramandeep Singh Sindhu, Rahul, Sahib and Sumit. The video was also shown live on the Punjab Congress Youth page. After which it is feared that all the accused are Congress workers. According to the police, all the youth caught are calling themselves leaders of Punjab Youth Congress.
The police officer said that apart from these five people, an Innova car has also been seized. Let us tell you that between 7.15 and 7.30 in the morning, some 15 to 20 people gathered near India Gate to protest against the farmers bill. He brought an old tractor with him.
