Releasing the order, Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary Rajendra Tiwari said that it has approved to restart cinema halls and theaters from October 15 with 50 percent capacity. However, social distancing will have to be taken care of to open this. He said that the social distancing and advisory of the Ministry of Home Affairs will have to be completely followed. Chief Secretary Rajendra Kumar Tiwari issued directions to all the districts, saying that cinema halls, multiplexes and theaters will open outside the Containment Zone.
