Chief Minister pays tribute to Thakur Pyarelal Singh on his death anniversary

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel paid courteous tribute to Thakur Pyarelal Singh, the leader of ‘Shramik Andolan’, on his death anniversary on October 20th. Commemorating the contributions of Thakur Pyarelal Singh, Mr. Baghel said that he played an important role in taking forward India’s independence movement in Chhattisgarh and in creating public awareness aboutthe same. He united the students in Chhattisgarh and inspired them to join the national movement. He struggled for bringing justice to labourers and to ensure them their rights. He actively made efforts to save people from exploitation and oppression. Under his leadership, weavers in Chhattisgarh united to constitute Chhattisgarh Weavers Association. Mr. Baghel said that Thakur Pyarelal Ji’s values and ideals would continue to inspire us for generations to come.
