Facebook has finally started rolling out Dark Mode widely for Android smartphone users. The company’s scope-person confirmed that the feature is being rolled out globally.
According to the report, Spoke-Person of Facebook reported, “We know that people are asking for dark mode, and now they don’t have to wait much. Soon people start seeing this option in their Facebook app settings will be. Votsaep and Facebook Messenger is already available Dark mode support.
- Like Instagram and Messenger, Facebook’s Dark Mode interface will not be completely black but will feature a grayscale design with white accents for logos and icons. Facebook started providing dark mode support for all its apps at a very slow pace.
- In May, Facebook rolled out Dark Mode on its revised and immersive desktop app for all users. Dark mode allows users to view content with lower brightness, while also reducing screen brightness for use in low light.
- The report first came in April that Facebook is preparing to develop and design Dark Mode for the main platform on iOS and iPad.
