National Highway driver eye test will now be conducted from 05 to 11 December

Directorate, Health Services Chhattisgarh Government has decided to celebrate December 2 as National Highway Driver Eye Test Day. It has been decided to change the said program from 05 to 11 December. In view of this, the Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. D.K. Turre has appointed the team in-charge from 10 am to 4 pm in the eye test site and has imposed the duties of officers and employees.
According to the information received, Shri Lokesh Kumar Kurre, whose mobile number 79744-24380, has been posted as team in-charge at the National Highway of Eye Test Center Primary Health Center, Chataud. The duties of Shri Kshitij Sahu, Shri Lomesh Kurre, Shri RK Soni, Shri RN Dhruv and Shri Chovaram Dhruv have been placed here. Similarly, Shri BK Gwalia, who is on mobile number 75871-46632, has been appointed as team in-charge at the National Highway of Eye Test Site Sandha Check, Kurud. Here Mr. Dulesh Dhruv, Mr. Dutendra Kanwar, Mr. DK Sahu and Mr. Praveen Tandon have been posted. The team in charge of the Arjuni Mode Raipur Road Dhamtari in the National Highway Eye Test Site is Mr. DK Shukla, whose mobile number is 79991-38073, and here by Mr. PN Sahu, Mr. Bhopendra Sahu, Mr. Gurusharan Sahu and Mr. Santosh Sahu. Duty has been imposed.
