Earlier on Tuesday night, the Samyukt Kisan Morcha, the umbrella organisation which represents the farmer unions, in a letter to the Centre stated the modalities for repealing the three contentious legal guidelines and a authorized assure on MSP have to be a part of the agenda. The Morcha additional stated the agenda also needs to embrace amendments to be made and notified within the Commission for the Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Ordinance, 2020 to exclude farmers from its penal provisions.
