A 26-year-old Dalit man allegedly hanged himself in a village in Fatehpur district of Uttar Pradesh, along with his relations claiming he was upset over being crushed up by some folks for plucking leaves from a mango tree.
Dharampal Diwakar died by suicide at his home in Aasta village below the Malwan police station limits on Tuesday, Station House Officer Sher Singh Rajput stated on Wednesday.
The relations of the sufferer have alleged that he was crushed up by some folks over plucking leaves from a mango tree whereas he was out grazing his goats within the village, the SHO stated.
After returning house, Diwakar locked himself up in a room and allegedly killed himself, Rajput stated.
An FIR was lodged in opposition to three folks for abetment of suicide based mostly on a criticism from the household of the deceased, he added
