Siraj, together with the members of Team India, complained to the umpires after the Indian bowler was focused with abuse from the followers. The safety officers sprung into motion straightaway, and evicted the part of followers from the stadiums.
This was the second successive day when Siraj was subjected to abuse from followers. At the tip of Day 3, the BCCI lodged an official grievance over racist abuse in the direction of Siraj and Jasprit Bumrah.

A complete of six followers had been eliminated by the safety officers, following Siraj’s grievance to the umpires.
