Image Source : PTI 5.1 magnitude earthquake hits Jammu and Kashmir
An earthquake of magnitude 5.1 on the Richter scale was recorded in Jammu and Kashmir on Monday. The quake was reported at 7.32 pm with its epicentre at a depth of 63 km north-east of Katra,, in line with the National Centre of Seismology (NCS).
The depth of the quake was 5 km.
So far, no studies of any harm have surfaced.
