“The state will implement the directives that will be given by the team. The discussion also focused on the availability of vaccine,” Shailaja stated. She stated the staff expressed satisfaction after reviewing the steps taken by the state to test hen flu and Covid.
The staff arrived on December 7. The members visited Kottayam and Alappuzha to assessment the hen flu state of affairs on Friday and Saturday, respectively. in addition they held a gathering with the heads of all main Covid-19 hospitals within the state on Monday.
“They have agreed to our demand to set up a regional centre of NCDC in the state. At present, the samples are sent to the lab in Bhopal for testing. We have asked for such a centre here.
