The National Investigation Agency Wednesday filed a cost sheet earlier than a Delhi court docket in opposition to three individuals who allegedly equipped weapons for the killing of Hindu Takht chief Amit Sharma in Ludhiana in 2017. The cost sheet was filed below IPC Section 120-B (prison conspiracy) and below numerous Sections of the stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act—together with Section 16 (punishment for terrorist act), Section 18 (conspiracy for terrorist act) and Section 20 (punishment for being member of terrorist organisation).
