Collector Chandan Kumar has declared three native holidays for the calendar 12 months 2021 for Kanker district. Nawakhai pageant within the district has been declared as an area vacation on 15 September Wednesday, the second day of Deepawali (Govardhan Puja), 5 November Friday and Tulsi Vivah (Dev Uttani) 15 November Monday. The treasury and sub treasury will stay open as per the mentioned native holidays.
