State degree monitoring committee constituted below the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Bhopal: Friday, January 22, 2021, 20:52 IST The State Government has applied the National Tiger Conservation Authority, Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India for monitoring the actions of displacement of villages from protected areas and A state-level monitoring committee has been constituted below the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary to redress the difficulties confronted on this regard. The committee includes Additional Chief Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Department, Principal Secretary Forest, Principal Secretary, Tribal Welfare, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Chief of Forest Force, non-official consultant of the involved Tiger Conservation Foundation, Mr. Ravi Singh General Secretary, World Nature Fund, Mr. Nandamudi Sunil Kumar RBS Bharat Foundation, Mr. Anees P. Andheria President Wildlife Conservation Trust, Mr. H.S. Pabla retired Chief Wildlife Custodian has been made the committee member.
