SAMBALPUR: A car proprietor was slapped with Rs 29,000 high-quality for permitting a minor to journey his motorbike at Sason right here on Friday. A challan of Rs 29,000 was issued towards the two-wheeler proprietor, Jamanta Hati of Khulia village underneath Tabla panchayat, for violating site visitors guidelines underneath the brand new Motor Vehicles Act, 2019. Hati had reportedly given his bike to a 13-year-old boy, pupil of Class VIII.
