Commercial, public and semi-public and mixed-use plots of Kamal Vihar scheme can be exempted by 5 %. This rebate can be given on plots, plots to be offered from February 6 until March 31. The resolution was taken in a gathering chaired by Subhash Dhuppad, Chairman of Raipur Development Authority.
Member Secretary, Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority, Doctor. Ayyaz Tamboli, whereas presenting the proposal for exemption, stated that within the final two years, the tempo of sale of public, semi-public, industrial and combined plots of Kamal Vihar scheme has slowed down significantly.
It is noteworthy that the Authority is already offering a reduction of 4.4 to three.3 % to Kamal Vihar Yojana on residential plots on seven to 60 days on professional rata foundation. In the assembly of the Board of Directors held within the Authority Office, Special Secretary of Finance Department Sheetal Shashwat Sharma, Deputy Secretary Housing and Environment Department C. Tirkey, Deputy Commissioner Arvind Sharma of Municipal Corporation Raipur, Deputy Director of Municipal and Village Investment Department Bhanupratap Singh Patel, Deputy Collector Raipur Poonam Sharma, Superintending Engineer RS Ajgalle of Public Health Engineering Department, Assistant Engineer Seema Dewan from Public Works Department had been current as member consultant.
