The first season of Special Ops was launched in March 2020. Apart from Kay Kay Menon, the sequence starred Saiyami Kher, Sharad Kelkar, Karan Tacker, Muzammil Ibrahim, Sana Khan, Meher Vij, Divya Dutta, Vinay Pathak, and Vipul Gupta amongst others.
