Prime Minister Narendra Modi will chair the sixth assembly of the Governing Council of NITI Aayog on Saturday by way of video conferencing. According to the Prime Minister’s Office, the agenda of the assembly consists of deliberations on agriculture, infrastructure, manufacturing, human useful resource improvement, service supply on the grassroots stage, and well being and vitamin.
The Governing Council presents a platform to debate inter-sectoral, inter-departmental, and federal points. It contains PM Modi, Chief Ministers of States and Union Territories (UTs), with Legislators and Lieutenant Governors of different UTs, PMO mentioned.
The sixth assembly will witness the entry of Ladakh for the primary time, along with the participation of Jammu and Kashmir as a UT.
This time, different UTs headed by directors have additionally been invited to hitch, learn the discharge.
The assembly may even be attended by the ex-officio members of the Governing Council, Union Ministers, Vice Chairman Rajiv Kumar, Members and CEO of NITI Aayog Amitabh Kant, and different senior officers of the Government of India.
