Taking to Twitter, Mehbooba on Sunday mentioned the Centre was “railroading” delimitation in Jammu and Kashmir with a “tearing hurry”, elevating critical apprehensions in regards to the motives of the train.

The Delimitation Commission for Jammu and Kashmir was constituted by the Centre on March 6 final 12 months.
