Paytm Payments Bank on Tuesday mentioned it has received 82 per cent of dispute instances on behalf of FASTag customers with toll plazas in 2020 and facilitated refund of wrongly deducted toll prices to 2.6 lakh clients.
The funds financial institution mentioned it has arrange an automatic dispute administration course of that identifies incorrect deductions and instantly raises claims to reverse the additional prices.
Paytm Payments Bank MD and CEO Satish Gupta mentioned in an announcement, “It has been our endeavour to empower our users with seamless and hassle-free travel on road. In this quest, we support our users in every possible way, including fast redressal of any grievance they face with toll plazas.”
The firm repeatedly strives to make sure that clients are at all times charged the right toll quantity, he added.
Paytm Payments Bank claims to be the highest issuer and the most important buying financial institution beneath the National Electronic Toll Collection programme.
