Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) on Monday reported a 26.4 per cent enhance in complete gross sales at 61,800 items in February.
The firm had offered 48,910 items in the identical month final 12 months, HMIL mentioned in an announcement.
Domestic gross sales had been up 29 per cent to 51,600 items as towards 40,010 items in February 2020, the corporate added.
Exports elevated by 14.6 per cent to 10, 200 items in February as in contrast with 8,900 items in the identical month of 2020.
“The company has been consistently striving to drive a resurgence in sales, thereby contributing towards economic recovery and bringing the industry closer to pre-Covid level sales. With a cumulative sales of 61 800 units in February 2021, Hyundai has recorded growth across segments,” HMIL Director (Sales, Marketing & Service) Tarun Garg mentioned.
Both home and export demand have recorded wholesome double digit development final month, reflecting an all-round enchancment in purchaser sentiment, he added.
