IPL 2021: MI vs RCB season opener to be performed with out followers; see full schedule

The much-awaited Indian Premier League 2021 full schedule was launched by the Indian cricket board (BCCI) a day after India triumph England 3-1 within the four-match Test collection in Ahmedabad. 

The season opener will see defending champions Mumbai Indians face off with Virat Kohli’s Royal Challengers Bangalore in Chennai on April 9 with the ultimate slated in Ahmedabad on May 30. 

As per BCCI’s official assertion, the league stage matches can be performed over six cities — specifically Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Kolkata — with out followers on the stadia and a call can be reviewed afterward permitting spectators on the stadia if the COVID-19 pandemic scenario improves.

Giving up on the normal home-away format when performed in India resulting from pandemic scenario, the IPL can be performed over three phases with two cities internet hosting 4 groups every in each section within the league phases. The carnival will first be camped in Mumbai and Chennai, then shifting to Delhi and Bangalore with the ultimate league phases in Bengaluru and Kolkata.

The qualifiers and the ultimate match then can be performed in Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium.
