The Odisha authorities has determined to arrange three Eklavya mannequin residential colleges for tribal college students within the Sambalpur district, an official mentioned on Sunday. The colleges can be established in tribal-dominated Jamankira, Bamra and Jujumura blocks, he mentioned.
Sambalpur District Welfare Officer Gitanshu Das mentioned the Centre will assemble the buildings for the faculties that search to impart high quality schooling to tribal kids in distant areas.
Construction work has begun in Bamara and Jamankira blocks, whereas land has been recognized in Jujumura, he mentioned.
Work is anticipated to be accomplished inside three years, the official mentioned.
An Eklavya faculty is already practical in Kuchinda block within the district, he added.
