Kamala Harris applauds Vivek Murthy for engaged on COVID-19

Vice President Kamala Harris has applauded Surgeon General Vivek Murthy for his tireless efforts within the combat in opposition to coronavirus pandemic.

In her remarks, Harris talked about racial inequalities.
