The three-member inquiry fee probing the encounter killings of gangster Vikas Dubey and 5 of his alleged associates has given a clear chit to Uttar Pradesh Police due to lack of proof, sources mentioned on Wednesday.
The fee is headed by former Supreme Court choose B S Chauhan. The different two members are former Allahabad High Court choose Sashi Kant Agrawal and former UP Director General of Police Ok L Gupta.
