The petitions have been moved by IUML legislator M Ok Muneer and All India Lawyers’ Union state common secretary C P Pramod, who challenged the twin pricing of the vaccines. The bench of justices Ashok Menon and Murali Purushothaman sought replies by May 4 however refused an interim keep on the vaccination coverage, as demanded by the petitioners.
