Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has urged the Central Government to supply aid to small and medium businessmen of the state. The CM has demanded a three-month extension to the businessmen to file returns and deposit the mortgage installment. On the request of the Chamber of Commerce and Industries, the Chief Minister has written a letter on this regard to Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. In the letter, the CM mentioned that in view of the an infection of Corona, a containment zone (lockdown) has been declared within the state from April 9 to May 6 because the final efficient step to cease the second and extra lethal wave.
