Shapovalov, Ruud advance to last at clay-court Geneva Open

Denis Shapovalov will face Casper Ruud within the Geneva Open last after each superior with straight-set wins on Friday.
The second-seeded Shapovalov beat Pablo Cuevas 6-4, 7-5 and the third-seeded Ruud received 6-3, 6-2 towards Pablo Andujar as the 2 22-year-olds each defeated 35-year-old opponents.
Spanish veteran Andujar had beforehand crushed 39-year-old nice Roger Federer and 18-year-old Swiss prospect Dominic Stricker.
Shapovalov and Ruud shall be assembly on tour for the primary time and each search their second profession title.
