BHUBANESHWAR: Nabard has sanctioned Rs 254 crore to Odisha below Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF) for organising of two mega piped consuming water provide initiatives, official sources stated.
The two mega initiatives will come up in Jajpur district (overlaying Badachana and Dharmasala blocks) and Puri district (overlaying Brahmagiri and Krushnaprasad block).
These initiatives are anticipated to supply clear and secure consuming water to eight.78 lakh rural inhabitants throughout 1.37 lakh family in 565 villages of the state on completion, an official launch stated.
