US Vice President Kamala Harris took half in a LBGTQ+ group march on Saturday, chanting “happy pride” as she waved to the group at Washington DC.
Sporting a pink blazer and a “love is a love” shirt, Harris joined the Capital Pride Walk and Rally and walked for a couple of block.

Following the march, Harris known as for the passage of the Equality Act and mentioned the Biden administration understands the significance of advancing LGBTQ+ rights. “We need to make sure that our transgender community and our youth are all protected. We need, still, protections around employment and housing,” Harris mentioned, in keeping with NBC. “There is so much more work to do, and I know we are committed,” she added.
