Ayodhya: The Indo-Islamic Cultural Foundation (IICF) Trust, which is overseeing the development of the mosque in Ayodhya, has submitted its utility for Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) account with State Bank of India (SBI) Delhi.
