LOS ANGELES: “The Flight Attendant” star Kaley Cuoco and “Saturday Night Live” star Pete Davidson are in talks to headline the romantic comedy movie “Meet Cute”.
According to Deadline, the deal on the movie has not but closed.
Billed as a “wildly inventive deconstruction of the romantic comedy”, “Meet Cute” will likely be directed by Alex Lehmann from Noga Pnueli’s script.
The movie’s premise is constructed across the query: What would you do should you may journey to your family members’ previous, heal their traumas, repair their issues, and alter them into the right associate? If the deal goes via, Cuoco will play Sheila, whereas Davidson will characteristic as Gary within the film.
Akiva Goldsman, Gregory Lessans, and Rachel Reznick of Weed Road Pictures will produce with Santosh Govindaraju and Dan Reardon of Convergent Media.
