An officer stated the statements of these detained are being recorded underneath part 67 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, following which the longer term plan of action will likely be determined. An NCB official confirmed that Aryan Khan is being questioned, however he has not been charged.
