BERHAMPUR: Panic has gripped encroachers because the date for the demolition of the panchayat complicated constructing constructed subsequent to a pond at Lochapada panchayat beneath Kukudakhandi tehsil is drawing shut. The National Green Tribunal (NGT) had directed Ganjam Collector to take away the constructing by November 30 and provoke steps for the restoration of the water physique.
