BARIPDA: Two individuals have been sentenced to twenty years in jail by a courtroom in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district for raping a 55-year-old tribal girl.
Additional District and Sessions Judge of Rairangpur Deepak Kumar on Monday additionally ordered each the boys to pay a superb of Rs 20,000 every.
The quantity will probably be paid to the survivor as compensation.
The two males, aged 25 and 35, took the tribal girl to an under-construction home and raped her.
The incident occurred in December 2017 within the Badampahar police station space.
