Cate Blanchett’s Dirty Films and Scarlett Pictures are teaming as much as co-produce The New Boy. The movie is directed by award-winning Indigenous Australian filmmaker Warwick Thornton.
The New Boy, set in Nineteen Forties Australia, is a couple of nine-year-old Aboriginal orphan boy who arrives in the dark at a distant monastery, run by a renegade nun, the place his presence disturbs the delicately balanced world. Deborah Mailman and Wayne Blair additionally star in it.
Cate Blanchett, Andrew Upton, and Georgie Pym are producing the challenge for Dirty Films alongside Kath Shelper’s Scarlett Pictures.
The New Boy is ready to start filming this October and is scheduled to wrap manufacturing on the finish of 2022.
