PATNA: The father and uncle of a minor lady in Bihar who was raped and brutally killed a fortnight in the past have been on Saturday detained by police, together with a social activist from Delhi who had flown down to assist the bereaved relations, after they staged a dharna in entrance of the excessive safety chief minister’s residence.
