In one other suspected case of honour killing in Pakistan, a 21-year-old lady has allegedly been shot lifeless by her brother for pursuing dancing and modelling as a profession in Punjab province.
Sidra, a local of Renala Khurd Okara, 130 km from provincial capital Lahore, was modelling for an area clothes model and danced in theatres of Faisalabad metropolis towards the needs of her household, in line with police.

Later within the day Hamza opened hearth on Sidra, killing her on the spot, officers stated.
A homicide case was registered towards the suspect. Police declare to have arrested Hamza who confessed to the crime.
Police officer Fraz Hamid stated Hamza received infuriated at Sidra when he noticed her dance efficiency on his cell phone forwarded to him by a relative.
He stated Hamza informed police that in a match of rage he shot his sister lifeless.
