SHIMLA: Himachal Pradesh Police on Wednesday arrested a person from Punjab for placing up Khalistan flags on the principle gate of the winter state meeting in Dharamshala and scrawling slogans on its partitions, the state chief minister stated.
The man had allegedly tied the flags of the secessionist group on Sunday — an act which was condemned throughout social gathering strains. Search for a second accused is on and he can be caught quickly, CM Jai Ram Thakur stated.
