SRINAGAR:  One  month after the Kashmiri Pandit worker Rahul Bhat was shot useless by militants inside Tehsil Office in Budgam, about 5,500 Pandit workers recruited beneath PM’s job package deal have stayed away from the federal government duties to demand relocation to Jammu.
