The Indian Embassy within the US on Thursday mentioned it was in shut contact with the household of Nakka Sai Charan to facilitate early repatriation of mortal stays of the 25-year-old man from Telangana who was declared useless after sustaining an obvious gunshot wound to his head in Maryland.
Sai Charan was discovered injured with an obvious gunshot wound inside a silver Hyundai Tucson SUV in Baltimore, Maryland. He was instantly rushed to a trauma centre, the place he was pronounced useless, native media reported on Monday.
“We have learnt about the unfortunate death of Nakka Sai Charan in the early morning of Sunday June 19, 2022 in Baltimore, Maryland. Baltimore police has not yet revealed more details on circumstances of death, as investigation is in progress,” the Embassy of India right here mentioned in a quick assertion.
The embassy is in shut contact with the sufferer’s household and diaspora members to facilitate early repatriation of mortal stays of Sai Charan, the assertion added.
Sai Charan’s household reside in Nalgonda city in Telangana.
His father N Narasimha mentioned his son flew to the US in August 2020.
After finishing his MS course, he was working in Maryland for the previous six months. Narasimha had spoken to his son on Friday.
