US President Joe Biden on Saturday invited Emirati President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan to go to the United States.
“Challenges you face today only make it a heck of a lot more important we spend time together. I want to formally invite you to the States,” Agence France Presse (AFP) quoted Biden as saying.
On July 16, Biden met with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in a bilateral assembly through the Summit of the United States and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Egypt, Iraq, and Jordan.
According to the White House assertion, Biden supplied his private condolences to President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and all Emiratis on the lack of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al Nahyan.
As per the assertion, Biden supplied his congratulations to President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed on his latest election as UAE President and conveyed an invite for him to go to the United States later this yr.
