Uddhav Thackeray’s nephew Nihir joins arms with Maharashtra CM Shinde

MUMBAI: Nihar Thackeray, nephew of Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray, on Friday met Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and prolonged his help to the latter.

Nihar Thackeray is the son of the late Bindumadhav Thackeray, the eldest son of Sena founder Bal Thackeray.

An announcement from Shinde’s workplace launched after the assembly stated Nihar Thackeray will begin his political journey beneath the CM’s management.

Nihar Thackeray, who has stayed away from politics all this whereas, is married to the daughter of BJP chief and former state minister Harshvardhan Patil.

Last month, Shinde led a revolt within the Shiv Sena and walked away with practically 40 social gathering MLAs.

On June 30, he took the oath as chief minister with the help of the BJP.
