Naomi Osaka stated she is worked up to have her father again as coach after splitting with Wim Fissette because the four-time Grand Slam champion returns from an Achilles harm that dominated her out of the grasscourt season.

Osaka’s father, Leonard Francois, beforehand served as her major coach till the 2018 season.
“I wanted to bring my dad back because he always makes me think outside the box,” added the previous world primary.
“Whenever I think something is really bad he always makes me realise that things are much more positive than they seem. When I get stressed out he starts dancing or something to make me feel better.”
Injuries and poor type have seen Osaka slip to 41 on the earth rankings, with the 2021 triumph at Melbourne Park her final title on Tour.
