AGRA: Hindu outfits are up in arms after a vacationer from Jaipur was barred from coming into the Taj Mahal with a Lord Krishna idol.

The outfits have mentioned that they’ll launch protests if motion isn’t taken towards those that stopped the vacationer.

An official from the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), Agra circle, mentioned he’ll enquire concerning the matter with the CISF officers.

The vacationer, Gautam, informed reporters on the Taj Mahal that the official cited safety causes for stopping him from coming into with the idol.

“Laddu Gopal is like a family member and I always carry him. I have visited Mathura and Vrindavan with the Lord. But here they asked me to enter without God’s idol,” Gautam mentioned.

Prince Vajpayee, Conservation Assistant (CA) at Taj Mahal mentioned: “I too have gotten a video on this regard. But I’ve no data on whether or not the incident was on Monday or another day. Will enquire concerning the incident from the CISF.

“I will ask any devout shopkeeper to keep the idol of the Lord while we visit the monument.”

Govind Parashar, nationwide president of the Rashtriya Hindu Parishad Bharat, mentioned: “Strict action should be taken against those who have insulted the Lord. If action is not taken, we will protest.”
