KOLKATA: The Met division on Saturday forecast heavy rain throughout West Bengal until September 14 as a result of intensification of a low strain space fashioned over the Bay of Bengal.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecast widespread rainfall with remoted heavy showers and thunderstorms throughout Gangetic West Bengal from Saturday until Monday and in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal between September 12 and 14.
The weatherman predicted very heavy rainfall in Gangetic West Bengal on September 11 and 12.
Squally climate circumstances with wind velocity exceeding 45 kmph will prevail alongside and off the West Bengal-Odisha coasts over the following 36 hours.
The weatherman suggested fishermen to not enterprise into deep seas from Saturday until Monday.
