The remaining charges are unchanged on credit score scores from lower than 1 to 699. The financial institution levied 9.25% on scores from 650-699, whereas a 9.55% fee is imposed on scores from 550-649. The fee is 9.55% imposed on credit score scores NTC/NO CIBIL/-1.
SBI mortgage in opposition to property charges

Processing charge waived off:
SBI has zero processing charge through the festive marketing campaign on common and top-up dwelling loans. But for dwelling loans in opposition to property, SBI has imposed a flat processing charge of ₹10,000 plus relevant GST.
